Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Leasing Manager - Office Leasing (1 year contract role).
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;Leasing Strategy & Execution + Develop and implement leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and rental income.
+ Formulate tenant mix plans aligned with asset positioning and market demand.
+ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform leasing decisions.
Tenant Engagement & Negotiation + Identify and secure suitable tenants through active prospecting and networking.
+ Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and manage documentation including Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements.
+ Maintain strong relationships with tenants and real estate agents.
Portfolio & Performance Management + Manage a portfolio of office properties, ensuring high occupancy and rental yield.
+ Monitor leasing performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
+ Collaborate with property management and development teams on tenant fit-outs and handovers.
Compliance & Reporting + Ensure leasing activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Submit monthly leasing and occupancy reports.
+ Support budgeting and forecasting processes with rental revenue projections.


To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial office leasing. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage leasing strategies and lead teams. Familiarity with Singapore's commercial real estate market and leasing regulations Valid CEA licence
