Responsibilities include conducting funded industry-relevant research, delivering courses, supervising capstone students, and actively engaging with the industry through consultancy work. The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
Prospective candidates are expected to demonstrate a steadfast dedication to achieving excellence in research, teaching, and service within the hospitality and tourism sectors. A prerequisite for application is the possession of a Doctoral Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Big Data, Entrepreneurship, Asset Management, or AI. Preferred qualifications include substantial management experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, a proven track record in teaching, and a robust publication history, which may include industry or community reports. Alternatively, candidates should exhibit the potential to excel in these three key areas.
