We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual in the area of technology, innovation and analytics, who is dedicated to inspiring and preparing learners for a successful career.

[What you will be working on]

Conduct lectures, tutorials and student consultations which include the supervision of industry projects. Develop relevant teaching materials for subject which include the setting of assignments, marking and moderation of results. Develop and enhance the quality of curriculum, lesson design, delivery (e.g. e-learning, flipped classroom etc.) and assessment through implementing appropriate teaching and learning strategies and methods. Organise student activities and learning journeys (both local & overseas) to promote holistic learning. Stay current and responsive to changing trends in the professional and educational landscape through active engagement with industry and professional bodies/communities. Participate actively in professional developmental activities such as industrial engagement or consultancy work. Address the diverse learning needs of students and devise ways to develop students' potentials holistically through a range of interventions. Contribute to poly-wide/school-wide events or activities. Develop and facilitate professional workshops and Continuing Education Training programmes.

[What we are looking for]

At least 3 years of experience driving digitalisation initiatives, implementing technology-enabled solutions, or managing business transformation projects, with focus on human-centred solutions. Well-versed in emerging technologies, with up-to-date knowledge of digitalisation trends, automation, and technology adoption strategies with empathy-driven designs and/or inclusive accessibility in business contexts. Experience in driving Generative AI or AI-driven projects will be considered a strong advantage. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities, underpinned by a deep understanding of business processes and digital transformation strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide student, while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders, including industry partners, colleagues, and professionals from various disciplines. * A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and nurturing students' growth, with the ability to cater to diverse learning needs and foster holistic development.
