About Our Client

Our client is a leading Engineering company that has a successful track record of delivering high profile and value projects globally. Due to continuing business requirements, they are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to be part of the team to support M&A matters.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide legal advice to support business objectives and growth while minimising risk to the organisation. This includes driving M&As, project tenders, project financing and the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of contracts. You will also provide updates to the management team and ensure compliance to regulatory or legal changes that would potentially impact the business.

Requirements
You are a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in M&A or managing commercial contracts. Prior experience in the engineering space would be advantageous. A grounded, analytical, meticulous individual and a strong team player, you possess a commercial mindset and excellent interpersonal skills to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
