We are partnering with a leading energy utilities company seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to grow the legal team.
In this role, you will be part of an experienced team and will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of legal and compliance services across the business. You will advise senior management and stakeholders on a wide range of matters, and negotiating complex oil and gas commercial agreements. You will also review and draft procurement, sustainability, and carbon trading contracts, while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

• Admission to the Singapore Bar; Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong experience in commercial and corporate law, with exposure to procurement or energy-related O&G contracts preferred
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and provide practical business-oriented advice
