Our Client, a Leading International law firm is seeking to recruit a Senior Legal Secretary.
Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
Supporting a team of lawyers in the administrative functions
Supervise a team of legal secretaries and oversee the coordination of the work assignment
Preparing legal documents whenever required
Audio and copy typing of emails, letters, faxes and correspondence
Diary and calendar management
Organising internal and external meetings
Liaising with clients and guests in a professional manner on the telephone and via written correspondence
Flight booking, documentation and admin tasks among other duties
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of Diploma, Higher Nitec or 'O' Level
At least 10 years of relevant experiences in a well ranked law firm
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent communication skills in English
