Senior Litigation Lawyer

As a key member of the litigation team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of contentious matters. The role involves providing strategic and practical legal advice to a broad range of clients, preparing and reviewing legal documents, developing case strategies, and taking a lead role in trial preparation and representation in both negotiations and court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a caseload of litigation files from initiation to resolution
Provide clear, commercially sound legal advice to clients on complex disputes
Draft pleadings, affidavits, legal opinions, and other court documents with precision
Represent clients effectively in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings
Collaborate closely with partners and team members to develop case strategy and drive outcomes
Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, case law, and legal trends
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in litigation
A Law degree from a local university or a recognized foreign institution, qualifying under the Legal Profession Act
Admitted to practice law in Singapore
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
