Job Description

This person will be responsible for managing the end-to-end loan process and daily operations of the branch. This includes handling client interactions, guiding them through the loan application process, ensuring accurate and timely loan repayments, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the loan lifecycle. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements. The individual is also expected to meet lending targets and ensure compliance in all aspects of loan processing and documentation regulations.

Job Requirements

At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in the licensed moneylending industry Familiar with lending regulations and industry guidelines in Singapore Aspirations to eventually lead/manage a team and be Test Quality Manager (TQM) certified

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
