Basic Salary up to $3000 +OT + VB
Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, handling, storage, and distribution of goods.
Assist in warehouse planning and layout to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
Manage warehouse documentation such as delivery orders, inventory records, and stock movement reports.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and system updates.
Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and order fulfilment.
Conduct process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in warehouse operations.
Update data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and other administrative tools.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Report operational maintenance, improvement, or repair needs to supervisors promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and ISO standards.
Maintain housekeeping and adhere to workplace safety regulations at all times.
Perform any other ad-hoc administrative or warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
Key Requirements:
Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in warehouse operations or administrative support
Good understanding of warehouse workflow, documentation, and inventory management processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar software.
Forklift license is required
