- Overseas Terminal Development (Green Field/Brown Field) and Logistics Development (with the related logistics company or shipping carriers if necessary).
- Overall management of Overseas Terminals and Logistics as equity infra-structure assets.
- Take charge in developing and implementation of operating procedures and training programs.
- Develop KPIs for schedule reliability and cost effectiveness.
- Taking the lead to drive and achieve KPIs.
- Setting up business plans and formulating budgets, forecast and performance reports.
- Main Liaising person with Regional stakeholders.
- Other duties assigned by the Management.
