Job Summary:
- Up $3700
- 5 days (Mon-Fri; 8.30am-5.30pm)
- Boon Lay

Job Responsibilities:
1. Supporting Logistic Dept to meet customer\'s delivery (shipping) requirements.
2. May be tasked to coordinate with customers, sales and freight forwarders on incoming and outgoing shipments
3. Responsible for the smooth coordination and arrangement of all incoming and outgoing shipments
4. Ensure all required shipping and declarations documents are complete and in order for submission
5. Schedule and arrange shipment dates with customers and sales
6. Coordinate and prepare of shipping documents such as LC, certification body, insurance, etc.
7. Coordinate with both factories on Fragrance and Flavor product deliveries
8. Liaise with Affiliates and Customer Service Dept on shipping confirmation
