There is never a dull moment with us.We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Logistics Analyst to lead data analytical support for our Global Logistics network. Individual pursuing this role are required to enable business decisions through data reporting, modeling and analytics. Candidate of this role is expected to be able to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional groups, mainly Global Logistics and Finance.Successful candidate must possess hands on logistics operational knowledge as well as excellent analytical and data management skills to work successfully in high-pressure, time sensitive situationsResponsibilities:Primary focus on data analytics on Service Logistics operations with potential support to Manufacturing Logistics groupReview logistics costs and operational data for accuracy through collecting data from various internal and external sources: SAP, freight audit system, 3PL system, etc.Prepare Global Logistics Financial Reporting on expenses and budget forecastingPerform monthly spend reconciliation, support fiscal month end analysis and reporting activitiesDevelop and maintain Global Logistics financial and operational metricsCreate and revamp Global Logistics processes and procedures to enhance work efficienciesPerform cost analytics and develop cost control measures on 3PL expensesCreate data visualizations and develop presentations for management reportingPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in contract/service logistics, manufacturing logistics or supply chain operationsExperience in SAP or other ERP systemsMinimum Qualifications:Minimum 8 years related industry experience in supply chain, distribution and logistics, business analytics or financial analysis.Advanced level in Microsoft Office applications: Excel & PBIExcellent data, financial and analytical/problem solving skills and presenting solutionsSolid oral and written communication skills, especially around analytical concepts and methodsGreat work ethic and intellectual curiosityProven track record of surpassing objectives and delivering exceptional resultsSelf-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgencyCollaborative and team-oriented attitude, willing and excited to work with a global teamFlexible to work with teams located in different time zonesMinimum QualificationsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business analytics or Finance.We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
