Job Description
Report: Report to Plant Manager/ Factory Manager/ Production Manager/ Assistant Production Manager
Overall in charge of stockyard and transport coordination. Formulates and develops stocking system that will maximize space and allow faste delivery time. Confers with the erection engineer and/or the planning manager for the delivery schedule and erection sequence. Prepares the delivery ticket, retrieves it and ensures that this receipt copy is signed by the customer or his representative. Sorts out the precast units for delivery and sees to it that they comply with the site requirements. Oversees loading of precast units in accordance with the loading schedule, as in the case of HCS and appropriate loading manner for the precast elements. To liaise with transportation companies for mobilization of trailers and prime movers To liaise with Malaysia Production Managers for the deliveries of precast components Co-ordinate with the QAQC team for pre-delivery inspection with the Resident Technical Officer. To prepare monthly transportation report to Finance report
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Precast ) is required for this position Fresh ITE / Poly Grad are welcome to apply Interest in Precast Industry Willing to learn Fast Learner * 5.5 days work week
