Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Logistics service provider management.
- Daily management of warehouse, international/domestic transportation, import and export trade logistics service provider, KPI tracking and improvement.
- Receipt and delivery plan docking warehouse and transportation coordinator.
- Shipping information management (invoice/packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.).
- Key customs risk control (process, system, customs payment, classification, etc.)
- Logistics service provider bill management, verification and confirmation.
- Handling of logistics claims for abnormal claims such as cargo damage, and following up until the case is closed.
- Assist the logistics manager to manage and optimize the logistics target cost.
- Bachelor degree in supply chain or logistics engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
