Take full responsibility for all functions related to sales order processing and daily delivery/logistical planning.
Evaluating, maintaining, and updating of various documentation required between sales order processing and other departments to assure a smooth flow of work.
Communicates with sales and service personnel for delivery date, initiates correspondence with customers regarding any delivery matters or shipment information.
Follows up of shipment and coordinates with relevant sales and service personnel to ensure timely delivery and billing.
Handling of Warranty claims matters.
Any adhoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Training will be provided.
Job Requirement
Min. Diploma in Supply Chain or related field, with 3 years of relevant working experience. (Candidates may be considered for Assistant Managerial position subject to relevant experiences & qualification. Salary commensurate with both criteria.)
C6 for \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level English, Math & Chemistry, is optional.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
Experience in using Salesforce &/or SAP is an added advantage.
Working knowledge of Logistics Operations or Transport Management Software will be highly considered.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Meticulous, organized, and has good planning skills.
Positive attitude and able to work effectively with all levels of staff.
