Job Description
Who We Are Looking For?
Senior Loss Prevention Officer to conduct loss prevention, security, fire & safety checks during daily store visits.
What Awaits You:
- Conduct daily store visits in accordance to security checklist
- Review in-Store CCTV to identify any suspicious incidents and transactions
- Conduct investigations promptly as and when needed
- Conduct ad hoc loss prevention checks to ensure compliance to SOP
- Identify high-risk areas and provide recommendations to mitigate the risk
- Assist in conducting investigation for shop theft and staff dishonesty cases
- Conduct awareness training at store level
- Secondary / Diploma holder with minimum 2 years' experience in the loss prevention environment
- Possess valid PLRD license
- Past experiences with Police / Law enforcement agencies will be advantageous
- Familiar with security work and police procedures relating to criminal investigation
- High standards of integrity and discipline
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Proactive, intuitive and eye for details
- Ability to use MS Office Applications
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
- Sound knowledge of security systems/equipment (CCTV/EAS/ALARM)
- Good follow up skills
- Digitally Inclined
