I am working with a firm in the M&A advisory services sector, with a strong presence in South East Asia and headquartered in Singapore. We specialize in providing strategic financial advice to clients across various industries, facilitating mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions. Our team comprises seasoned professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results and creating value for our clients.We are actively seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join our esteemed team in South East Asia. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in M&A advisory services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the continued growth and success of our firm.Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation modeling, financial statement analysis, and due diligence, to support M&A transactions.

  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including senior bankers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders, to execute transactions efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform industry research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and risks relevant to clients and transactions.
  • Participate in client meetings, conference calls, and negotiations, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis and market expertise.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to the identification of potential clients, preparation of marketing materials, and participation in client meetings and presentations.
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and enhance team performance.
  • Stay abreast of developments in the M&A landscape, regulatory environment, and industry best practices, continuously expanding knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications: * Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory services, with a focus on executing transactions in South East Asia.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis, with demonstrated experience in building complex models and conducting in-depth due diligence.
  • Excellent understanding of M&A processes, including deal structuring, negotiation tactics, and legal considerations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial modeling tools.
