An exciting opportunity to join a global bank as one of the founding members of their AI Centre of Excellence (CoE). As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll help define and execute the bank's AI strategy, scale ML models into production, and build AI-powered tools that enhance customer experience and business efficiency.

Develop scalable AI governance and infrastructure.
Foster cross-entity collaboration across BNP Paribas Group.
Promote a culture of AI everywhere, for everyone within Wealth Management.

Model Deployment: Transition ML models from R&D into scalable production environments.
Cloud-Based AI Infrastructure: Work across AWS, Azure, and GCP using distributed computing tools (e.g., Spark, TensorFlow).
Hyper-personalisation: Develop recommender systems and intelligent client-facing solutions.
Monitoring & Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and refine models in production.
Automation & MLOps: Streamline lifecycle processes using CI/CD and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in business, tech, and engineering.
Data Engineering: Develop robust data pipelines and architecture to support AI initiatives.
Innovation: Research and apply cutting-edge ML and GenAI technologies.
Documentation: Maintain clarity in technical documentation and stakeholder communications.
xe2x9cx85 What We're Looking For
Bachelor's/Master's in CS, Engineering, Maths, or Data Science.
3-6+ years in ML engineering (finance or tech sectors preferred).
Proficient in ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
Skilled in Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
Demonstrable data skills (SQL/NoSQL, Spark, Hadoop).
Exposure to Generative AI (prompt engineering, RAG, model monitoring).
Experience in recommender systems, NLP, or deep learning.
Bonus: Knowledge of explainable AI (e.g., SHAP, LIME), graph databases, and real-time ML solutions.
