THE COMPANY
Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry with a strong presence within APAC. They are currently looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to oversee and lead the maintenance operations of the facility.
THE ROLE
The Senior Maintenance Engineer is responsible for:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and extend asset life.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other regulatory standards relevant to food manufacturing.
• Manage troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of process equipment, utilities (HVAC, boilers, refrigeration, compressed air, water treatment), and facility systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in maintenance for food & beverage manufacturing, with at least a year in a team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance in food manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in utilities management, automation systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
