We are looking for a suitable candidate to support in the delivery of major Buildings & Transport projects that will help shape the communities in which we live.

The candidate would be responsible for producing detailed design and tender documentation for the MEP services comprising:

• Note and Legends
• System Schematics
• Individual Engineering Services Drawings (both layouts and sections)
• Combined Services Models – including clash analysis of the individual services drawings with other services, architecture, structures and third-party systems
• Coordination and management of off shore BIM Resources including file management and checking of deliverables before being passed to the individual engineers

Candidate Specification

• Proficient in the use of Revit/Aecosim and Navisworks/Navigator/Microstation software
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reviewing Design Issues and Coordinate between all engineering disciplines to resolve issues and ensure delivery
• Familiar with all M&E submission process to Authorities
• Be able to meet project deadlines whilst producing high quality work
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of working on Building projects
