Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate M&E services with architectural and structural works
- Discuss the technical and site issues with M&E consultant and architect
- Conduct weekly M&E meeting with subcontractors
- Preparation of Combine service Drawing.
- Solving the new changes and on-site execution technical problems
- Engage in discussion with the relevant authorities for plan Preparation.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma Level and above
- Must be willing to work Full day on Saturday
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in Construction/Engineering industry
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
- Relevant project experience in Commercial, Building, Upgrading in Singapore
