Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Assisting Project Manager & M&E Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within programme. Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To lead the Planning & Coordination of M&E services for Conventional construction and PPVC
- To lead the site M&E construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work by subcontractors
- Responsible for daily execution of work at site, according to schedule
- To supervise and guide subordinates on checking of work to meet the material and workmanship requirements
- To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality
- To ensure that all problems and requirement of customer are being attended
- To carry out any assignments which may be given from time to time by the Management
- To highlight changes to the drawings/specification/work methods with the contracts department
- Follow up on customer complaints
- Identify and assess any foreseeable risk to any persons who is at the workplace carrying out M&E works
- Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
