Adecco is hiring for this highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join a high-growth multinational company in the manufacturing industry, operating within a dynamic regional environment. • Cost Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct detailed analysis of fixed and variable manufacturing costs, ensuring accurate cost allocation and control across the production process.
• Perform variance analysis for cost reporting, ensuring all deviations from budget are tracked, understood, and explained.
• Conduct product costing (standard and actual costing), providing detailed reports on materials, labor, and overheads.
• Business Partnering:

• Collaborate with business units, operations, and supply chain teams to manage all inventories, manufacturing costs, and cost-related processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the operations team for decision-making, helping identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on manufacturing costs.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring manufacturing cost assumptions, absorption rates, and budgets are aligned with operational goals.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts for manufacturing costs and gross margins, adjusting for any operational changes or market conditions.
• Inventory and Cost Control:

• Oversee inventory valuation, inventory roll-forward, and inventory movement analysis, ensuring that all inventory-related transactions are accurate and aligned with cost accounting policies.

Cross-functional Presentations and Reporting:

• Prepare and present monthly operational cost review presentations for both finance and operations teams, providing actionable insights on cost behaviors, variances, and efficiency.

The Talent:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in management accounting, cost accounting, or related roles, with a strong focus on manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis, particularly within manufacturing or production-related industries.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with departments like operations, supply chain, and IT.
