While some of our AI applications may be built in-house, Changi Airport Group (CAG) recognises that to quickly proliferate AI into many application areas and tap on the expertise of many matured market players out there, buying and the smart adoption of AI solutions (vis-\xc3\xa0-vis building in-house) will be a significant thrust in our AI strategy.AI CoE is set up for this purpose - to build an \xe2\x80\x9cAI Smart Adoption\xe2\x80\x9d capability for CAG, so that CAG may adopt AI at scale and exploit AI solutions while managing associated risks.Your role:

• Develop & oversee AI governance (including robotic and autonomous vehicle governance) policies and processes to ensure safe & responsible adoption of AI
• Upskill & educate CAG staff to raise AI competencies and realise \xe2\x80\x9cAI smart adoption\xe2\x80\x9d capability
• Keep abreast of AI industrial trends and products to support the development of AI strategy, and introduce solutions to business units, where applicable.

• Degree(s) in AI, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or any related discipline.
• 6+ years professional experience in related field.
• Candidates with a mix of experience in \xe2\x80\x9ctechnical AI works\xe2\x80\x9d (i.e. AI model developments) and \xe2\x80\x9csoft AI works\xe2\x80\x9d (e.g. AI strategy, AI governance) will be preferred.
• Familiar with various AI/ML areas, including Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Reinforcement learning, traditional machine learning, Robust AI, Responsible AI, etc.
• Familiar with AI development tools and frameworks including Python, Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc.
• Experience in working with AI solution providers and AI professional bodies.
• Strong leader with good communication skills
