The Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk is a critical role in the Singapore risk function, accountable for ensuring the enterprise risk management framework is designed, implemented, and continuously improved. The role requires both technical precision and the ability to influence -- building risk awareness across the business while delivering high-quality outputs that support regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Risk Framework & Governance
Maintain and enhance the ERM framework and related policies.
Ensure effective operation of risk governance, including committee support and Board reporting.
Support risk appetite setting and monitoring, ensuring alignment with group standards.
2. Regulatory Risk & Compliance
Ensure compliance with MAS risk management and capital adequacy requirements.
Lead the ORSA process, coordinating input from multiple functions.
Manage stress testing and scenario analysis to meet both local and group expectations.
3. Business Partnering & Advisory
Provide independent and constructive risk challenge to business initiatives.
Support new product launches, operational changes, and strategic projects with risk assessments.
Promote a culture where risk is considered early in decision-making.
4. Material and Emerging Risk & Reporting
Prepare risk dashboards, Board packs, and executive reports with actionable recommendations.
Ensure reporting is consistent, accurate, and insightful.
Monitor and assess emerging risks, including climate, technology, and geopolitical shifts.
5. Regional & Group Collaboration
Work closely with APAC peers to share best practices and ensure alignment.
Participate in regional thematic reviews, risk projects, and knowledge-sharing forums.
Qualifications & Experience
5-8 years' experience in enterprise or operational risk within insurance or financial services.
Strong knowledge of MAS regulatory environment and international standards.
Hands-on experience with ERM frameworks, ORSA, and stress testing.
Degree in finance, actuarial science, economics, or related field.
Professional qualifications (FRM, CFA, CPA) desirable.
