Our client is a well-established brand in the Telecommunications Industry and is now looking for a passionate and driven Senior Manager (App & Web) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of architects, developers, and testers for the Mobile App and website.
  
• Responsible for team members' skillsets, career paths, and contributions to the overall deliverable.
  
• Participate in contract negotiation with vendors and software partners regarding ongoing engagement as well as new initiatives.
  
• Work closely with Product owners, component leads, and scrum masters in the entire SDLC cycle (backlog grooming, effort estimation, sprint planning, daily stand-up, UAT, and post-production support).
  
• Review existing UI/UX, and technical design, and responsible for the deliverable and outcome of digital channels.
  
• Ability to identify opportunities to transform and drive changes to client's Digital Experience to our customer.
  
• Ability to lead the team in designing, delivering, and operating a high-performance and scalable Mobile app and website, based on modern technologies and best practices.
  
• Contribute to discovery workshop and effort estimation exercises.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, with at least 10 years of total experience.
  
• 3+ years of experience in leading a team of developers.
  
• Technical experience in front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript/Typescript, React JS).
  
• Familiarity with CMS solutions such as WordPress, AEM, or Sitecore.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  
• Background in the telecommunication industry will be preferred.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to a wide range of audiences (technical, non-technical, and senior management).
