Job Description

:

You will be part of the team to work on the development of a medium-term strategic roadmap for Gardens by the Bay (GB) in support of our twin mission as a World Class Attractions and a People\xe2\x80\x99s Garden. You will support in the planning process to engage and work with internal stakeholders across departments to articulate and map out key plans; review and set targets for KPIs delineated in GB\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Scorecard.

• Involve in the strategic planning process with your knowledge of industry trends, challenges as well as opportunities, and translate these to formulating strategies to enable GB to thrive amidst a constantly evolving operating environment.
• Participate in strategic thinking and approach across the board among the management team, partnering the business unit heads and other stakeholders, including the GB Board and relevant government agencies to drive strategic initiatives and buy-in.
• Facilitate decision making process during key strategic discussion and ensure follow-through with Departments on important takeaways and initiatives.
• Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, discover/research trends and patterns in complex data sets, and provide meaningful business reports and dashboards aligned with GB\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Scorecard and KPIs.
• Ensure compliances and enforcement of strong corporate governance in areas such as PDPA compliances, management of Enterprise Risk Management framework and Knowledge management etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or any other related business field.
• 6-8 years of working experience in corporate planning, strategic planning abilities and supporting organizational performance.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with maturity and ability to partner with different groups of stakeholders.
• Strong work ethics and excellent attitude.
