Job Description
:We are looking for a dynamic individual to be part of the Membership team and your key roles and responsibilities are:Corporate Membership Management
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain corporate members.
- Organize exclusive events and create compelling membership tiers and benefits.
- Conduct targeted sales and marketing campaigns to promote membership value.
- Proactively identify and secure sponsorships, aligning with mutual CSR goals.
- Develop custom sponsorship packages that meet sponsor needs and enhance our CSR.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver on commitments and maximize visibility.
- Foster lasting relationships with corporate members and sponsors.
- Serve as the primary liaison, ensuring a positive engagement experience.
- Monitor and report on membership and sponsorship metrics.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to keep offerings competitive.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in membership management, sponsorship acquisition, and sales/marketing.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Strategic and creative mindset, with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of data visualization or analytics software (Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL) is advantageous.
