We chart GovTech's overall product direction to solve national priority problems, act as a consultant for GovTech's products, and do whatever it takes, which could include getting our hands dirty to PM with teams, to validate and execute our product strategy.What you will be working on:This role sits at the intersection of, and the candidate can expect to be involved in:VC, corporate strategy and organisational development. The candidate can expect to drive the development of an overall product strategy in terms of what GovTech should build. He/she will learn different frameworks of how to invest and fund products, and setting up the right corporate and systemic structures to drive towards the strategyImproving products. The candidate will work as a consultant to sharpen product thinking and co-create go-to-market plans to improve product efficiency, doing user research, writing case studies, and performing POCs/POVs to validate hypothesesBottom-up policy development. The candidate will have the opportunity to amplify best practices, when proven out, to the organisational, and whole-of-government level.
