What the role is:
We are seeking a dynamic team player to develop and implement workplace strategies related to sustainability, space allocation, corporate services processes, business continuity planning and also organise employee appreciation events.
What you will be working on:

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to workplace experience o Develop, maintain and execute workplace policies related to flexible work, space planning, sustainability, employee appreciation initiatives, and service delivery of corporate services. o Lead and transform corporate processes and operations with use of digital and AI tools. o Engage and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery o Plan and organise appreciation events whilst providing operational and logistical support for division-level programmes and activities. o Develop and maintain organisation's business continuity plans to ensure operational resilience

What we are looking for:

• At least 4-6 years of supervisory experience (For Assistant Director) o Strong track record in operations management, process improvement, and sustainability practices. o Have experience in implementing digital solutions and managing projects o Proven ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights o Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills The individual should possess the following attributes o Strong adaptability and openness to embrace new technologies o Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities o Clear and effective communication skills o Collaborative mindset and strong team leadership abilities o Passion for sustainability and workplace innovation Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
