Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is dynamic and service-oriented to lead the IT Portfolio Team. This Team manages the enterprise-wide IT expenses, ensure alignment with organisational goals, conduct spent analyses and recommend ways to optimise spending. This individual will also serve as the IT business analyst/ partner to support the various CAG units in their digital innovations and experimentations. Such pursuits can be in the areas of improving airport operations, increasing commercial offering and uplifting passenger experience etc.Responsibilities: * IT Portfolio (70% of the time): Lead a team in managing IT expenses, conducting spend analyses, and optimizing costs. Ensure compliance in IT procurement and collaborate with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies.

• Manage enterprise-wide IT expenses, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with Finance counterparts to conduct the annual budgeting process, reviewing, rationalizing, and optimizing budget submissions from various divisions.
• Present and obtain management approval for the annual IT budget.
• Engage quarterly with division heads and budget representatives to review budget utilization and provide updates.
• Analyse IT spending across all divisions, working with budget representatives to enhance the accuracy of budgets and forecasts.
• Consolidate divisional budget requests and seek approvals from the Division Head.
• Monitor and track monthly divisional IT expenses, ensuring compliance with approved budgets.
• Act as the IT Procurement Manager, advising project managers on procurement and sourcing strategies tailored to their needs.
• Review IT procurement documents for adherence to procurement, sustainability, anti-bribery, data protection, and enterprise architecture policies and guidelines.

• IT Business Partner (30% of the time): Support CAG units in digital innovation efforts, including improving airport efficiency, productivity, operational excellence, and HR transformation.

• Partner with various business units and chart the business technology development roadmaps to align with the various strategic business outcomes, with a focus on Digital Applications use cases.
• Assess common needs across various business roadmaps, plan prioritisation of efforts and work with the internal technical teams to provide streamlined support for successful implementation of digital systems at scale.
• Act as a partner for solution discovery, proactively sharing knowledge of technology opportunities and risks to solve problems for business units and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
