The successful candidates will have the following responsibilities:
Design, develop and deploy high quality and innovative learning and performance support solutions for the audit professionals
Keep pace with both technical and learning design knowledge, and apply this effectively in course design
Engage with stakeholders on meeting the needs of the learners and improve learning/ performance to achieve targeted business goals
Manage learning projects to deliver deliverables in a timely fashion
Work closely with external vendors and learning designers in the design and development of e-learning modules
Deliver learning solutions with impact (e.g. deliver instructor-led trainings, virtual classrooms and train-the-facilitator sessions)
The ideal candidate should have:
Certified Public Accountants or have obtained an equivalent qualification, with at least 7 years of auditing/accounting experience, including taking on a managerial role in the application, interpretation and analysis of accounting standards
Possess strong technical knowledge of IFRSs and/ or IFRS-equivalent (eg. Singapore FRS) and ISAs and/or ISA-equivalent (e.g. Singapore Standards on Auditing)
Self-motivated and are able to work independently with minimal supervision, with the ability to deliver quality presentations and present excellent written deliverables
Possess strong project management skills with the ability to work within a team, and provide direction and support to team members
Excellent communicators and influencers, with the ability to establish credibility and positive relationships at all levels in the firm
Passionate about creating content to educate and support the Audit business while possessing a genuine interest in audit quality
Experience in training and facilitation methodologies is a plus
