Brand Marketing Strategies



Develop long term and short-term brand strategy to enhance and elevate Samsonite brand image and drive sales in APAC market. Plan and implement action plans to support it. Develop marketing support materials and implement ATL & BTL marketing activities, including advertising campaign, media release, PR program, product launch, promotional activities and VM support etc to strive for the commercial success of the brands Working closely with digital & e-commerce team or external agencies to produce best-in-class marketing assets and execution plans Track and evaluate communication strategies and effectiveness of the marketing support & initiatives Budget control - regular reports, source for the best vendor for each project and negotiate for the best quotation to maximize our investment Provide guidance and support to the markets. Build up platform for better information sharing. Consolidate reports or information from markets and share the best practice Design and execute brand health study for region

Build and Maintain Relationships with internal and external Stakeholders



Communicate and coordinate with other regions or Asia markets to share and leverage on each other's' marketing assets and efforts. Learn from other regions to improve the performance of Asia. Provide support to other regions or Asia markets when it is required

Managing and coaching the team



Motivating and coaching a marketing communications team Being a people manager, is responsible for team members' continuous professional development and competencies enhancement
