The Senior Manager (Branding & Marketing) will be responsible for formulating, developing, executing & reviewing comprehensive branding, marketing and communications strategies to promote PA courses and specialized course programmes thereby building strong market presence, whilst ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
[What you will be working on]
1. Marketing and Communications
Drive brand positioning and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging through various publicity materials inclusive of EDMs, posters, digital assets.
Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans including digital marketing, content marketing, press releases, and partnerships, to drive course awareness and enrolment, including setting clear KPIs and measuring campaign effectiveness
Lead the creation and management of compelling brand narratives and marketing content across various platforms (digital, print, social media, events)
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in brand voice, visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints
Works with team on branding, marketing & publicity of specialised programmes. This includes the development and implementation of creative, practical and strategic communications plan, branding layout for EDMs, and other forms of publicity across integrated communications platforms
Works with team in project management including the development and implementation of creative, practical and strategic marketing plans, concepts and toolkits for engagement of stakeholders and residents.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, course providers, and internal departments
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimise marketing initiatives
Manage marketing budget and resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI across various marketing initiatives
2. Programmes, Courses & Interest Group Development
Manage the allocated portfolio & actively reach out to new partners, engage new/existing partners/networks, study industry and market trends/practices and practices to recommend new course guidelines and implement the course guidelines and practices to achieve professional and high quality standards in the management of Trainers/Private Operators.
Course curation with Trainers/Private Operators and partners to develop new courses and programmes & repackage existing courses at the CCs/RCs/RNs/NCs, and assist the team to develop, promote and implement national level initiatives and programmes to reach out to the hard-to-reach target segments
Spearhead various projects and high point events to promote and showcase courses and interest groups
3. Other Duties
Other ad-hoc duties not covered under main responsibilities and duties
Perform other duties as and when assigned by senior officers
[What we are looking for]
Minimum -
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications
Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and brand development
Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience in crafting high-impact marketing messages
Experience in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making to drive marketing decisions
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
