Responsibilities

• Key member of the Property Business Unit Finance team managing financial analysis and reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable & receivable, cost control, budgeting and forecasting

• Analyse the organization\xe2\x80\x99s revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast its short, medium, and long-term cash flow positions

• Provide expertise and advice to business stakeholders, so as to support them in developing budgets, understanding financial reports and managing their financial responsibilities

• Advise management on key finance strategies and the impact of laws and regulations on the organization

• Provide guidance, advice and support to Indonesia and China Property Finance teams

• Coordinate preparation of statutory financial reports and ensure timely submission of regulatory reports and filings

• Ensure that tax returns, reports and required declarations are completed on time and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Support relationship management with business partners, consultants and advisors to ensure satisfactory standards of service

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

Requirements

• Accounting/ finance-related degree from a reputable university

• CA/CPA qualifications will be an advantage

• 6 to 10 years work experience in a related field. Prior experience with Big 4 accounting firms and/or major real estate/property company preferred

• Strong sense of business integrity

• Lively continual learning mindset

• Analytical, good business sense with a keen eye for details;

• Must be a team player and able to work across multi-cultural/multi-functional teams
