Senior Manager, Business Development (asia)
Job Description
NES Fircroft is partnering with an international hospitality group for a business development expert for their Senior Manager, Business Development, Asia position in HK/ SG. You will be responsible for expanding their hotel/resort development across Asia. You will have to identify new investment opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with property owners, investors and developers to support business initiatives defining and studying new hotel management contract opportunities for the Group operating hotel brands are also your responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious candidates who are interested in expanding Asia footprint with the brand.Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with hotel/ resort project exposure with a proven track record in the transaction of deals, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and project-planning skills and ability to multitask
- Immediately Available.
