We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Operations Manager to lead the operations and growth of our Chinese Enrichment Centre. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and operational excellence to ensure enrolment growth, exceptional customer experience, and smooth day-to-day management of the centre. The Senior Manager will lead and coach the operations team, optimise sales processes, and manage systems to support efficiency and scalability.



Job Responsibilities:



Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students, building trust and effectively communicating the centre's value proposition.

Drive enrolment growth, achieving or exceeding targets while maximising lead conversions.

Oversee and enhance the post-enrolment experience, including parent/student orientation and onboarding.

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure smooth delivery of programmes.

Develop, oversee, and optimise scheduling of classes, activities, and appointments.

Track, analyse, and report on enrolment and operations KPIs, providing insights and action plans for improvement.

Manage, mentor, and guide the operations team to deliver high service standards.

Design, implement, and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.

Oversee the implementation, management, and optimisation of systems (e.g., CRM, scheduling tools) to support operations.

Lead the set-up of new centres, ensuring readiness in terms of facilities, systems, staffing, and operational processes.

Recruit, develop, and retain customer service and sales talents, building a high-performing team that drives enrolment and service excellence.



Job Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field.

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in operations, preferably in education, training, or customer service.

Proven track record in enrolment growth and customer relationship management.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Proactive, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
