Senior Manager (business Solutions & Applications)
Job Description
- Provide strategy and direction to enhance the Singapore Group's IT systems efficiency to meet business needs
- Oversee and lead a team of analysts and programmers to achieve IT goals and KPIs
- Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance business solutions for the Group
- Manage and review IT systems and structure and provide recommendations
- Manage internal customer expectations and satisfaction through effective communicating with Top Management and all levels of staff
- Manage and ensure effective deployment of yearly budget
- Evaluate the functionality of new or existing systems
- Design and implement maintenance procedures
- Ensure software licensing laws are followed
- Ensure IT compliance and secure backup procedures
- Any ad-hoc duties.Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in related field
- Strong leadership skills to lead diverse and dynamic teams in the Group
- Excellent project management and communication skills are key requirements
