Job Description


My clients are a leading Healthcare company and are looking to find a senior candidate who can run their Central Warehouse Operations. You'll lead the planning, scaling, and execution of supply chain services from our Central Warehouse to other business units of the company.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to manage warehousing and distribution of the various products inventory.
  • Oversee business transactions, inventory accounts, and operational activities.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to meet/exceed service KPIs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of inventory accounts.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement logistics solutions and Ops - IT systems.
  • Assess and recommend warehousing and transportation capacity expansions.
  • Drive compliance with Good Distribution Practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
  • Proven leadership in supply chain operations, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience in scaling processes and building teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • High ownership and accountability for performance.
