We help our clients with various capabilities that accelerate digital channel sales, enhance payments, and create superior digital experiences.What a HCD Design Senior Manager does at Visa Consulting and AnalyticsYou will drive co-creation of new solutions and digital journeys, by leveraging design principles and HCD approachCommunicate visually through storyboards, wireframes, interactive prototypes and concepts.You will join engagement teams serving our clients and gain exposure to a spectrum of topics that are complex in scale and scope, intellectually demanding, and deadline driven.You will work in teams of typically 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 consultants/designers, taking charge of specific aspects of the project. You will do extensive research, source data, lead cocreations and contribute to identifying potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge.Rapidly convert ideas into working prototypes, meshing-together solutions/capabilities that exist within Visa or externally.Conduct and/or support in-depth market testing using various qualitative and quantitative research methodsDevelop a nuanced understanding of emerging digital payment trends as well as Visa\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities and be able to apply them to clients\xe2\x80\x99 business problems to actively engage with clients and co-develop meaningful solutions to address their challenges.You will also present results to internal Visa stakeholders, client management and at-times implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.Contribute to key Practice building initiatives \xe2\x80\x93 Capability / IP generation, training, mentorship, team initiatives.Projects you will be a part of:At Digital Practice, you will learn how to design, build, scale, and transform digital businesses.   • 7+ years of experience in Product Design, with a portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Strong fluency in digital design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, user experience design best practices, service design, user research, innovations, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Extensive experience in leading design projects from conception to completion.
  • Experience and proven track record running client engagements, demonstrating excellence in presentation polish, and strong client orientation.
  • Experience in creating user experience maps, service blueprints, wireframes, polished user interface design, rapid prototyping, and presentations.
  • Analytical thinker, creatively confident, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.
  • Deadline driven, organized and be able to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to develop well-structured communications and deliver presentations to audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to have structured thinking and build strong arguments, comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing scenarios.
  • Collaborative team player with ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, pragmatic, someone who \xe2\x80\x98rolls up the sleeves\xe2\x80\x99 and gets things done.
What will also help:
  • Prior experience in Management Consulting firms working on strategic engagements.
  • Payments and Banking experience preferred.
  • Strong academic achievements / high GPA from a top tier institution.
