In the role of Senior Manager, Coffee & Beverage Innovation, Tim Hortons, International, you will be part of the International (EMEA, APAC & LAC) marketing team. In this role, based our at our Regional Headquarters in Singapore, you will be responsible for driving excellence in Coffee & Beverage initiatives to deliver on customer preference, through insights-driven innovations and product optimization.
As the product innovation senior manager, you will be a valued member of a highly productive, engaging and supportive team. You will support strategies and execute against them to achieve financial and business objectives to build extraordinary brands and deliver the company\xe2\x80\x99s annual operating plan, all the while leading to higher sales and profitability for our franchisees.
This position reports to the Innovation Director, TH International and works closely with other members of the marketing team as well as other internal stakeholders in key functions such as Design, Guest Insights, Operations, Supply Chain & Quality Insurance.
