What the role is:What the role is:
The primary objective of the Senior Manager (Communications and Marketing) is to execute strategic communications and marketing initiatives to enhance the OTH\'s brand and awareness, engage stakeholders, and drive OTH\'s objectives. The Senior Manager will also develop communication platforms and channels to promote OTH events/programme offerings.What you will be working on:Strategic Communications

  • Supports Assistant Director to oversee and manage public relations, media relations and crisis management, implementing communication strategies to effectively convey the organization\'s key messages to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist Assistant Director in managing the creation of compelling content for various communication channels, including digital platforms, press releases, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all communication touchpoints.
Learning Journey
  • Gatekeep all Learning Journey requests at OTH and work closely with OTH management team to craft, curate, and co-host tours.
  • Liaise with requestors, catering to the differing needs of visitors (local and foreign) and ensuring regular outreach programmes in Tampines.
  • Generate all communication materials required to enhance the learning journeys hosted for all visitors at OTH.
Quality Service Management (QSM)
  • Manage the OTH QSM portal to ensure quality feedback and timely responses to drive a culture of service excellence.
  • Monitor and analyse public feedback received to maintain high-quality service standards.
Others
  • Manage content mapping and curation of OTH Web pages and updating on the PA Website.
  • Manage administrative and procurement matters including e-filing, vendor liaison, record & inventory management in compliance with corporate governance policies & any other ad hoc duties.
  • Manage Hub Optics including Festive D\xc3\xa9cor Management and relevant assets.
  • Performs other duties as and when assigned by senior officers.
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum - 3 years of working experience in Communications &/or Marketing.
  • Desired - 5 years of experience in marketing communications and digital marketing in a large organisation.
  • Proficiency in brand management, media relations and crisis communications
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written and proficient in a second language (Chinese, Malay or Tamil)
  • Willing to work on weekday evenings and weekend
  • Self-driven & highly motivated team player that is resourceful and meticulous
  • Strong administrative and project management skills
