Be responsible for the consolidated BA P&L for C&A.
In collaboration with all markets within the BA to deploy the targeted profitable growth strategy, include the go-to-market strategy; pricing and channel development (e.g. eCommerce, retailers, distributors, web shop contact centre and field operation service network).
Explore new commercial selling models to drive accelerated growth include affiliate selling model i.e. KOL/influencers/bloggers selling, community selling model, social selling model i.e.
livestreaming via marketplaces, retargeted selling leveraging on CRM database and bundle strategy.
Propose and implement strategic partnerships and new business models such as subscriptions.
Collaboration with marketing teams ensure C&A marketing asset creation for deployment and activation by regions.
Build branded C&A agenda include cost, price, availability, offering, compliance, consumer experience and aftersales branding.
Work closely with the IT/Digital to leverage IoT data to develop C&A anticipate/predictive offering.
Work with Product Line teams inputting C&A product generation plan to ensure the necessary product & consumer experiences, ranges & portfolio, as well as right cost/pricing to win in these commercial selling models.
It is built on-top of the understanding of markets needs and maturity levels, supporting and complementing taste/care/wellbeing story lines.
Liaise with the Product Line, Sustainability and Service Engineering to ensure C&A is part of the initial innovation and product development process.
In close collaboration with the Global C&A team to develop existing portfolio as well as new business models.
Work together with relevant stakeholders to compliment the post purchase journey with C&A (on-boarding, on-going use, service & repair, repurchase of finished good products with C&A offering).
Requirements:
Degree in business/marketing
Experienced in aftermarket business or/and commercial area.
Strong experience in setting business strategy and project management.
Team management experience (include manage virtual team remotely). Strong leadership and able to coach on team development.
Have strong negotiation skills & stakeholder management skills.
Proven success leading transformation initiatives.
Result oriented and actions focused. Can-do attitude.
Cross cultural competence & adoptable to all contexts in the APAC-MEA region
