To market and sell Mediacorp content to regional broadcasters and digital platforms across South-East Asia, EU and US territories. Content include Entertainment (scripted and non-scripted), Factual, Format and Kids.
Possess basic understanding of Mediacorp content, and an ability to conceptualize and put together the stories for sales pitch.
Ability to assess the overall content market trends, think strategically and identify opportunities to sell new, returning and catalogue product for both scripted and non-scripted series, and factual content.
Maintaining positive relationships with existing customers to ensure continuing sales and developing new relationships and business model to deliver maximum exploitation of all content.
Ability to work closely with functions across Mediacorp's broad range of business units to deliver effective end results.
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor sales revenues against forecasts and identify ways to deliver the sales numbers
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holder.
Min 3 years' experience in Sales & Marketing environment.
Highly motivated, passionate about content and selling, excellent interpersonal relationship skills, and self-driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
The ability to pitch and sell with passion and engagement, strong presentation skills.
Willing to travel
Knowledge of key broadcasters /platforms and their programming strategies will be an added advantage.
