Some of the Key Responsibilities include:


Oversee and manage Corporate Actions functioning within the securities operations team, ensuring efficient workflows and low operational risk. Serve as the go-to person for stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns related to Corporate Actions. Drive projects and initiatives, including migrating Corporate Actions functions into Asia and improving cross border collaboration between the HQ and Asia. Focus on enhancing client service standards to positively impact client ratings for Operations.
To be eligible for this role you will require:


A Bachelor's degree in Banking or Finance, or an equivalent qualification. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, in Corporate Actions functions. Experience in team management is essential. Well-versed in financial products, regulations, and operational risks. Experienced with SWIFT message and the end-to-end processes. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive positive changes through relationship building.
