Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your New RoleAs Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, you will help lead Warner Bros. Discovery\xe2\x80\x99s corporate brand in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.Tasked with the execution of corporate communications strategies, you will be managing key business announcements, corporate messaging, and internal communications, with the objective of exciting external and internal audiences about the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategy, content and future ambitions.The role reports to the Director of Communications, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, and will work closely with other cross functional teams such as Affiliates, Streaming, legal, Marketing, Programming, Creative, Advertising Sales, Commercial Strategy, as well as the APAC Communications team.Your Role AccountabilitiesSupport the Director of Communications, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong & Taiwan, in delivering a clear corporate communications strategy for the region.Lead Corporate Communications activities Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan for internal and external audiences, including planning, strategies, and direction of external agencies to deliver targeted and successful campaigns that promote awareness and engagement with content and activities.Support wider team to amplify title publicity efforts to trade and key business media.Support profile strategy for key executives as required including interviews, conferences and speaking engagements.In consultation with Director of Communications, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong , and Taiwan, contribute to management of internal and external crisis situations when required.Develop clear KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and measures of success for all communications initiatives.Monitor traction and coverage of efforts and document via trackers and reports to ensure improvement of outreach and visibility.Partner effectively with all internal functions, including streaming, content, marketing, research, commercial and advertising teams in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.Support Director in administrative matters as well as coordination of assets and material dissemination to internal and external teams.Qualifications & Experience7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in PR, Corporate Communications; media experience preferred.Demonstration of devising and implementing creative and strategic communication plans, including understanding of corporate positioning.Dynamic personality, adaptable with a high degree of professionalism, and a team player.Proactive individual with an open mindset with willingness to support team across various campaigns beyond Corporate Communications.Comfortable with a large, diverse workload and working in a fast-paced environment.Good time management and multitasker with passion for media and entertainment.Ability to build and nurture relationships with press and key stakeholders.Experience of crisis management. Flexibility under tight deadlines and the ability to respond to urgent issues with calm and professionalism.Excellent written and communication skills in English.Business or conversational comprehension of Simplified & Traditional Chinese and / or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.How We Get Things Done\xe2\x80\xa6This last bit is probably the most important!
