The Senior Manager, Corporate Finance is responsible for the Groups (1) Corporate Strategy and Corporate Exercises, (2) Capital Markets and Fundraising, (3) Investor Relations and Research Coverage and (4) Cash Management Corporate Strategy & Corporate Exercises Formulate and implement group strategy and strategic planning for next 5-10 years based on financial analysis and consolidating inputs from various business units across various projects Originate and execute M&A transactions including term sheet drafting and negotiations, coordinating with external advisors to perform due diligence and responsible for financial analysis, financial modelling, deal structuring, documentation and negotiations, funding, settlement and closing Capital Markets & Fundraising Lead capital markets transactions for the group, including bonds and equity offerings Lead financing/refinancing exercise for new/existing debt facilities Establish relationships with new banks to the group and further deepen existing relationships Update banks on group performance and strategy, and discuss cross-selling opportunities to strengthen banking relationships Investor Relations & Research Coverage Update investor and AGM presentations Reach out to research analysts for presentations and secure research coverage Educational qualification in Business, Accounting or Finance 5-10 years experience in Corporate Finance / Investment Banking Strong financial and business analytical skills Strong understanding of M&A processes as well as SGX takeover and listing rules Full-cycle transaction experience, and be able to demonstrate involvement in such transactions Outstanding financial modelling skills, comparable analysis, benchmarking and other analytical tools, including DCF, IRR, payback analysis Resourceful, independent Possesses initiative and drive Strong attention to detail but at the same time thinks strategically Excellent written and spoken communication, including preparation of presentation materials Results-oriented and problem-solving attitude as well as strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality Meticulous and exercises high level of discretion when dealing with confidential information Team player with good hands-on multi-tasking abilities Strong interpersonal skills Work experience in Singapore and/or APAC market is essential Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
