AVEVA\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Strategy & Planning team provides strategic oversight to the Executive Leadership operating cadence, delivers corporate strategy as well as market/competitive/performance intelligence capabilities to the company, and functions as a think tank for the CEO.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. The Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy & Planning will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, conducting in-depth analysis, and providing valuable insights to drive key decision-making processes. This role requires a candidate with a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and consultative approach to contribute to the accelerated growth and success of AVEVA\xe2\x80\x99s ongoing transformation.

The right candidate will have the:

\xc2\xb7 Consultative approach, analytical acumen, and knowledge of tech industry best practices, in order to dive deeply into ambiguity and rapidly frame and problem solve

\xc2\xb7 Entrepreneurial temperament to roll up the sleeves and build/produce on own, and be resourceful \xe2\x80\x93 as this is an individual contributor role in a lean team

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability and experience in orchestrating geographically dispersed teams to deliver results in an agile fashion

Key responsibilities include:

\xc2\xb7 Ownership and delivery of select CEO initiatives, such as performance reporting and executive presentations development, as well as ad hoc strategic requests for research and analysis.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct comprehensive business analysis to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.

\xc2\xb7 Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights, create actionable recommendations, and support strategic initiatives.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, assess market dynamics, and formulate strategic recommendations.

\xc2\xb7 Track market, competitive, industry trends and advancements to contribute insights and enhance strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 13+ years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in multi-national, matrixed, tech companies; preferably in SaaS or Cloud Service Provider organizations

\xc2\xb7 Inclusive of minimum 5 years in Management Consulting or IT Consulting

\xc2\xb7 Inclusive of minimum 8 years in a Strategy, Planning & Operations function

\xc2\xb7 Ability to conduct hands-on analysis of complex data, deriving critical insights, and translating into executive deliverables [Note: 2 redacted work samples required for submission, after candidate passes the 1st interview with hiring manager \xe2\x80\x93 1 in Excel, 1 in PPT]

\xc2\xb7 Expert level in Excel, proficient in Power BI

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

\xc2\xb7 Strong written and presentation development skills for executive communication

\xc2\xb7 Strong prioritization skills, driving multiple initiatives simultaneously

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to set up/structure, orchestrate, and successfully deliver globally-dispersed, cross-functional strategic initiatives across business and technology stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Ability to operate and adapt successfully in a lean, fast-paced environment

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

\xc2\xb7 MBA preferred
