We are looking for a Senior Manager - Customer Engagement/CRM for Janssen Technology ASPAC, based in Singapore. This role within a newly established ASPAC team - HCP Experience Product Group - is responsible for providing best in class customer experience and capabilities to Health Care Professionals (HCP) across in-person and digital touchpoints in a Product Centric operating model. This role reports into the regional HCP Experience Product Group Director and will have responsibility for team members in South East Asia and Korea.

The primary focus of this role will be to collaborate with business and technology partners across ASPAC region to deliver our CRM vision, Event Management and Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) product capabilities across the existing Veeva and Salesforce.com eco-system.

The position will work closely with Business Product Owners, regional Technology Leaders, Architecture and Technology services teams to evolve customer engagement capabilities to meet business strategic objectives. This person will have responsibility for delivery of single country, multi-country and AP regional technology initiatives, vendor management, requirements gathering, release planning and technical application life cycle management.

Technology Responsibilities
  • "Technology specialist" who can span multiple technology solution domains. Evaluate key technology trends and impact on various business processes. Find opportunities for areas where technology can drive differentiation in outcomes
  • Leads and sets a clear product vision, is responsible for multi-generation product strategy; Maximizes value by identifying and prioritizing the product features by business value
  • Cultivate relationships with external agencies, partners, J&J suppliers and customers, to develop deep insights into the needs of our business departments, patients, customers, markets and communities and become the go-to person for our business / technology partners
  • Be a technology product leader, working with business partners to identify unmet needs, propose solutions, and assist in the development of business cases and product/project charters
  • Responsibility to champion and lead by example Agile methodology for product development e.g. Product Roadmap, Product Backlog, Scrum and Sprint meetings
  • Conduct Business Analysis: Map out business process; Capture business requirements and specifications (story boards, use cases); support translation into technical requirements
  • Identify process "pain points" and early improvement opportunities. Build business case for improvement initiatives (e.g., impact, feasibility, and investment required). Create implementation plans for improvement initiatives including timeline, owner, and key landmarks
  • Have a regional/global view on technology solutions, building a good understanding of business practice in other countries through a network of IT colleagues, in order to leverage or create harmonised solutions where possible
  • Proactively match business needs with existing J&J technology capability, by showcasing local/regional best practice with key stakeholders, encouraging adoption of core systems and highlighting value in a business context
  • Provide rapid prototyping and conceptual designs where requirements are ambiguous or unproven
  • Ensure J&J information and assets are appropriately managed, valued and protected in accordance with Information Asset Protection and Compliance policies
  • Budget Management. Optimize application portfolio and operating costs to drive ongoing business value.
  • Up to 20% International travel may be required
Competencies
  • Excellent communication in a business and technical context and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable communicating and collaborating across all functions and with internal and external partners across multiple countries
  • Additional languages e.g. Mandarin will be highly desired as ability to work across big markets such as China and Japan will be highly valued
  • Strong on facilitation of workshops, meetings and negotiating skills with the ability to influence across a range of senior business roles and technology stakeholders
  • Demonstrated people leader, with a track record of team development and management

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of Information Technology experience and matrix teams within large enterprise organisations
  • Strong knowledge of platforms and technologies comprising the Pharmaceutical CRM ecosystem e.g. Veeva platforms, Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Event Management, SalesForce Effectiveness (SFE)
  • Experience of HealthCare solutions for engaging Doctors, Careers or Patients through in-person or digital channels is highly desired
  • Knowledge of related technical domains such as Digital Engagement (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore/websites, mobile apps), Content Lifecycles (Veeva Vault, Modular Content) and Data Analytics/Data Science will be highly regarded
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery with a complex, global organization is required.
  • Understanding of the business impact of different solutions and ability to assess impact and communicate the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, timelines, costs and risks is required.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile and rRDM including requirements elicitation, system design, development and validation/regulatory requirements.
