Senior Manager (Developer, Pre & Post Contract, Costing, QS) to oversee the commercial elements of development project.The Opportunity:

• Must have Property Developer experience (Pre & Post Contract, Costing, QS)

• Work hours: Mon to Fri
• $8000 - $11,500 + VB

Adecco is partnering with a Global Developer Leader to look for Senior Manager (Developer) to set up SOP from project pre-contract to awarding stages.The Job:

• Monitor and enhance internal processes, contract standards, and design practices using global best practices and lessons learned to optimize costs. Set clear design guidelines, ensure proper use of company tools for all commercial activities, and resolve contractual and commercial issues.
• Track project performance against global benchmarks, guide the project team on contracts, and report to senior management with a cost and contracts database.

Pre-ContractOversee procurement processes with fairness, adhering to best commercial practices and conducting thorough due diligence to identify and mitigate risks, including technical, commercial, financial, and legal aspects.Evaluate costs for feasibility and procurement to ensure value for money, clearly define solutions, and manage potential disputes in accordance with applicable terms. Award, Preparation & Contract Management

• Review and approve content for bank guarantees, parent company guarantees, performance bonds, and letters of credit, while ensuring proper archiving of records. Provide commercial and contractual advice to internal teams, explain and interpret contract terms, and oversee contract execution and amendments.
• Manage contract progress, address disputes, and ensure milestones and acceptance criteria are met, including finalizing accounts and returning guarantees.

The Talent:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or technical discipline
• Developer working experience or consultant with hands-on experience in setting M&E SOP
